A website costs $125 a month with no setup fee. We build your homepage first so you can see it before you pay anything. Your monthly payments start the day you tell us to turn your website on. The price covers the design, the build, all the content, your domain, hosting, a custom email address, forms, AI-powered SEO and your Google Business Profile. Edits, support and the Awning & Pixel mobile app come with it for as long as you are subscribed.

Hosting is in the price and you never get a separate bill for it. Edits and support are also included for as long as you are subscribed.

Your price is fixed for your first 12 months. After that we can change it no more than once a year and only with 60 days’ notice. You can leave if you do not want the new rate.

It takes about three weeks from the first call. When it takes longer, we are usually waiting on you for the details we ask for and a yes or no on the design.

You do not have to write anything. We write every word on your website and find the photos. We will use any photos or text you already have and want to keep.

Yes, we rebuild your website and keep the pages that already bring you visitors. We redirect the rest of the old addresses to the new ones.

Your website is meant to show up when people search. We make it load fast and say plainly what you do and where you do it. We also set up your Google Business Profile so you come up in the map results. Nobody can promise you the top spot.

The Awning & Pixel mobile app lets you change your hours, prices and announcements yourself. It checks every change so you cannot break your website. You can also message us in the app and we will make the change for you.

We do the work of building your website at the start and you pay for it over the first year. Your homepage is built before you make your first payment. After the first 12 months you are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.

Your domain is yours no matter what. After your first 12 months you can cancel with 30 days’ notice by emailing us at contactus@awningandpixel.com. At that point you owe nothing and we hand over the domain and a working copy of the site. Leave early and you settle what’s left of the build. It is never more than the payments you had left and it is not a penalty. The full details are in the agreement you sign.

You do. The domain is yours from day one. You own the website itself once your first year is done or sooner if you settle what’s left of the build.
